“Nothing in biology makes sense except in the light of evolution”
– Theodosius Dobzhansky
I’m a documentary filmmaker who seeks to entertain the world with stories about the natural world. From science and evolution, to food and nutrition, my films have a common goal of broadening people’s minds about large timescales and the deep connections between humanity and nature.
I’ve worked with PBS, National Geographic TV, Australia’s Science Channel, the National Science Foundation, and my micro-science videos have garnered more than 800 million views with media startup ATTN.
I have a BS in Marine Biology from UC Santa Cruz and an MFA in Science and Natural History Filmmaking from Montana State University, Bozeman.
